Our reporter Lai Yongfeng reported that at the recently held Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, the 6-inch silicon substrate LED chip exhibited by LatticePower Company and the street light module using high-power LED chips launched by Lianhe Jinghe Lighting have attracted widespread attention from many industry insiders at home and abroad.

It is understood that LatticePower innovatively uses "silicon" to replace traditional "sapphire" or "silicon carbide" as a substrate to manufacture gallium nitride based LED devices. It is the world's first to industrialize silicon based LED technology with independent intellectual property rights, forming a new pattern of three pillars of sapphire, silicon carbide, and silicon based semiconductor lighting technology solutions.
