The chip scale package(CSP1313), the newly independent developed Flipchip and the latest technology of "non-bracket" and fluorescent film are combined to create the compact LED that emits white light from a single side. This product features a color temperature ranging from 2700K to 6500K, 90CRI, It can be applied to thermal regulation, color mixing and CSP-COB, ideal for indoor and commercial lighting.
