In November 2019, the "30th Anniversary Celebration Conference of the China Lighting Electrical Appliances Association and the Fourth Session of the 8th Council" was successfully held in Beijing. The conference summarized the achievements of China's lighting industry in the past three decades, showed the development style of China's lighting industry since the reform and opening up, and commended outstanding collectives and exemplary individual in the industry. LatticePower was awarded the "China Lighting Appliance Industry Innovation and Development Enterprise Award", and CEO Dr. Wang Min was awarded the "China Lighting Appliance Industry Development and Innovation Award".

LatticePower has always adhered to independent innovation, focused on the research of gallium nitride on silicon substrate for nearly 20 years, created the third technological route of global LED blue light, and therefore won the first prize of the the State Technological Innovation Award in 2015. The company's independently innovated high-power LED light source products have been widely used in high-end segmented markets such as automotive lighting, mobile flash, off grid lighting, and UV industrial curing, and their shipment volume ranks among the top.

CEO Dr. Wang Min has been focusing on the development of the silicon substrate LED industry, leading the team to explore and innovate, and developing silicon substrate LED technology into a nascent industrial cluster. In the future, he will lead LatticePower to continue moving forward, from creating in China to becoming a Chinese brand.
