LatticePower was nominated for the 2015 Aladdin Lantern Award
According to the official shortlist of the Aladdin Divine Lamp Award, LatticePower and its "Si Substrate Efficient High Power UV LED Beads" were successfully nominated for the 2015 Aladdin Divine Lamp Award "Top 100 Enterprises" and "Technology Award", respectively.
The Aladdin Divine Lamp Award, known as the Oscar in the Chinese LED industry, has been held annually during the Guangzhou Guangya Exhibition since 2012 and has become the most glorious event in the Chinese LED industry. The Aladdin Divine Lamp Award includes the "Top 10 Product Awards", "Top 10 Engineering Awards", and "Top 10 Figures Awards". This year, two new awards, the "Top 10 Technology Awards" and the "Top 100 Enterprises", are added to promote industry technological progress and win sustainable competitiveness through creating a healthy ecosystem for companies. According to official statistics, the number of units competing for the Aladdin Lantern Award's "Top 100 Enterprises" has reached 573.
The "Si Substrate Efficient High Power UV LED Beads" shortlisted this time adopts silicon substrate epitaxial technology with independent intellectual property rights. It has a vertical LED chip structure, thermoelectric separation, improved light output efficiency, good heat dissipation, and can withstand high current density. Simultaneously adopting high-power ceramic packaging technology, the product has high reliability, good heat dissipation performance, and better high current working performance.
From the third-party test results, the shortlisted products show excellent performance indicators. The test results of the State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Lighting Joint Innovation show that the out of peak quantum efficiency reaches 67%, and the brightness reaches 700mW@350mA , 1000mW@500mA The luminous efficiency is comparable to that of blue light LED chips, and Droop is far superior to blue light LED chips, achieving world-class performance.
