In 2020, LatticePower achieved a sales growth of 60% throughout the year, and its market share in high-end segments such as mobile flash, automotive lighting, and mobile lighting continued to increase. In March 2020, a silicon based vertical Mini LED blue green chip was mass-produced for high-resolution indoor and outdoor displays.


2. Improve customer satisfaction and continuously exceed customer expectations


LatticePower always adheres to the core values of "emitting more light and generating less heat, creating value for stakeholders". 2020 is the year of quality improvement for the company with the goal of "improving management system capabilities". In order to meet the higher end and more detailed management requirements proposed by customers, the company has improved its management level by establishing and improving QC080000 process hazardous substance control, RBA social responsibility, BCM business continuity, and other systems. It has passed nearly 20 second and third party audits. At the same time, the company carefully explores the potential needs of customers, attaches great importance to listening to their opinions and suggestions, enhances and improves every business process, conducts customer satisfaction surveys through customized services, value-added services, and other methods, continuously improves the customer complaint dispute resolution mechanism, continuously improves customer satisfaction, and exceeds customer expectations.
